Matt Ireland is a chartered environmental scientist with over 20 years of UK and international project and due diligence experience in all sectors.  He is a technical leader and expert witness in air quality assessment and carbon management.  Matt has developed carbon emission inventories for local government and large infrastructure projects, including Kent County Council; Crossrail; Birmingham Airport; Newport M4; and, most recently, High Speed 2.   In 2006 Matt set up his own consultancy providing advice on air quality and carbon management, and meeting renewable energy targets for new building developments.

Eli Konvitz is an urbanist and multidisciplinary planner with 11 years of experience in academia and consulting.  His expertise is in creating solutions to challenges posed by climate change and sustainable development, with emphasis on policy creation; master-planning; energy and resources in the built environment; and links between policy, economics, urban design, and implementation.  His experience includes leading the team that elaborated the evidence base to support the GLA’s climate change policies at Public Examination into the London Plan.

Anna Ösund has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance working with leading investment banks (ABN Amro, Morgan Stanley) and FTSE100 companies (Bradford and Bingley, Barclaycard).  Her expertise in financial modelling, contract negotiation and project management has led to successful transactions in many sectors, notably the combination of Oystercard technology with Barclaycard credit card and contactless payment.
